SKEMA商学院国际酒店管理和法国知名的酒店和餐饮管理学校Ecole Ferrières合作。项目的学生要参加2个由两个学校合作设计的密集培训课程。课程在Ecole Ferrières的巴黎校区和SKEMA商学院的巴黎校区内进行,教授学生最高端和实践的酒店管理知识和实践。得益于2个学校的广泛企业网络,项目毕业之后学生可以在高端旅游、酒店和餐饮行业找到很好的实习和工作机会。
学生可以获得2个硕士学位,一个由SKEMA商学院颁发,一个由Ecole Ferrières颁发。除了2个硕士学位之外,学生还可以获得《酒店行业分析证书》 Certification in Hotel Industry Analytics (CHIA)。

SKEMA and Ferrières, the School of French Excellence, are combining their expertise in the fields of luxury, gastronomy and tourism by offering unique joint programmes. The program is taught in English in Paris at the Ecole Ferrières campus and at SKEMA's Paris campus - September intake?. In addition to the double MSc degree, students will have the opportunity to obtain the professional Certification in Hotel Industry Analytics (CHIA) ?.

To prepare current or future hospitality professionals for management positions. More specifically, the objectives for students are to
- Anticipate consumer behaviour and its impact
- Focus on service approach, service delivery, quality and innovation
- Apply managerial, financial, and marketing knowledge
- Focus on data analytics, electronic distribution, and revenue management strategies
- Apply sustainable and quality management techniques
- Anticipate upcoming challenges in luxury hospitality and innovation

Certification in Hotel Industry Analytics (CHIA)
This is the leading hotel-related certification for university students graduating from Hospitality and Tourism programs throughout the world. This recognition provides evidence of a thorough knowledge of the foundational metrics and definitions that are used by the hotel industry.
